Free Shipping Regions
We offer free shipping to the following regions:
For other international destinations, we typically offer free shipping as well, but we strongly recommend contacting us in advance at
[email protected] to confirm safe and successful delivery options to your location.
📌 Please note: Free international shipping does not cover import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) by 12:00 PM Pacific Time and successfully cleared will typically ship the same business day.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Tracking numbers are sent via email after shipment.
Warehouses & Fulfillment Centers
U.S. Orders are primarily shipped from our California warehouse. (In rare cases of stock shortages, we may ship directly via air from our manufacturing facility.)
Canadian Orders (when in stock) ship from our Canadian warehouse.
International Orders are fulfilled from our overseas logistics centers, and may take 2–5 days to process before shipping.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Holidays – No Shipping
We do not ship on the following U.S. public holidays:

Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Presidents’ Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day & the following Friday
Christmas Day

Please note that actual transit times may vary depending on your location, local customs processing, holidays, or severe weather conditions.
International shipments may be delivered by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT, depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
While shipping is free, international customers are responsible for any applicable:

Damaged Shipments
Although rare, damage may occur during transit. Please inspect your ultrasound scanner upon delivery.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Once an order is in transit, cancellations or shipping address changes cannot be made.
If DRSONO cancels your order after payment, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Undeliverable & Refused Shipments
If a U.S. order is correctly delivered but refused, undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or returned to us, a $80 fee per item will be deducted to cover shipping, warehousing, and handling.
For international returns under similar circumstances, a $200 fee per item will apply.
