Return & Exchange Policy

During the first 14 days after receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with our service, feel free to return your device to us for a refund. 

For all 14-day returns, the product should be sent back intact in the original packaging, which should also be in good condition. All merchandise (including all parts and accessories) must be returned to us via express delivery If returned goods do not meet these requirements the refund request will not be accepted.

Refunds:

After we receive your return and determine it is in good condition, we will issue the refund amount, which should arrive in your account within 1-8 working days. If you have issues regarding your refund, please send an email to [email protected]

We will give you a response within 12 hours during business days. We will give you a response within 72 hours if weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. Kindly let us know your address, then we will provide you with the returned address.

All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. Ship the product to the address we provide.

We will refund you once we confirm your returned tracking number is valid. Refund method: credit card, debit card, PayPal.

Shipping Costs:

For non-quality returns and rejections, you will need to pay shipping costs. For products with quality problems you will not need to pay shipping costs.

Damaged Product:

If a product is damaged during shipping, send it back to us, we will pay the shipping and maintenance costs. If you are responsible for the damage, send the item back to us for maintenance. You will have to pay the shipping and maintenance costs.

We guarantee that if you use our ultrasonic probe correctly, our products will be free from defects in materials and quality for one year from the date of purchase for new products. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage due to misuse, modifications, or improper maintenance.

Suppose you believe you have received a defective product. In that case, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective part(s) following the terms of this limited warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from us. Products that have been modified, disassembled, altered or repaired on their own without our permission are not covered by this warranty. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers, who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The product is designed exclusively for diagnostic purposes at the hands of qualified, trained, and licensed healthcare experts. It is only to be used for medical treatment in hospitals, clinics, emergency care, and other healthcare facilities. This product is not intended for any other use and customers cannot avail warranty if they do so.
