Submit Return Verification Materials
Verification photos of the equipment and accessories, including:
-Main device front + back
-Wireless charging pad, charging cable, adapter, packaging box
-Packaging and appearance condition
This is to verify that everything is in good condition and accounted for.
*Please submit the complete photos within 3 calendar days of receiving this email.
Ship the Product Back
Returns must be shipped within 3 days after contacting the customer team and receiving return authorization.
All international returns must be shipped to our return center in the United States.
Customers must provide all required verification photos and materials within 3 calendar days of our request. If the deadline is exceeded,, the refund request will be considered incomplete and will be automatically closed.
Once closed:
Any continued use of the product after the 14-day trial period, including delays caused by failure to submit verification materials on time, constitutes:
Products used for more than 14 days — regardless of the date the refund request was initiated — are not eligible for return or refund during the probationary period.
