DRSONO is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. That's why we offer a comprehensive return policy and a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to make the return process easy and straightforward.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days, simply contact our customer service team ([email protected]) to start the return process.

  2. Submit Return Verification Materials

    Verification photos of the equipment and accessories, including:
    -Main device front + back
    -Wireless charging pad, charging cable, adapter, packaging box
    -Packaging and appearance condition
    This is to verify that everything is in good condition and accounted for.
    *Please submit the complete photos within 3 calendar days of receiving this email.

  3.  Receive Return Authorization
    After contacting the customer team ([email protected]), we will provide you with a return authorization number and return address.
  4. Ship the Product Back
    Returns must be shipped within 3 days after contacting the customer team and receiving return authorization.
    All international returns must be shipped to our return center in the United States.

  5. Provide a Tracking Number
    Once the device is shipped, please send us the tracking number within 48 hours. This is necessary to update our system and process your refund. Failure to provide the tracking number may result in refund delays.

  6. Inspection at DRSONO
    All returned products will be inspected and processed within 3-5 days of receipt.

Deadline to Submit Verification Materials

Customers must provide all required verification photos and materials within 3 calendar days of our request. If the deadline is exceeded,, the refund request will be considered incomplete and will be automatically closed.

Once closed:

  • The order is no longer eligible for refund.
  • Any subsequent attempt to seek a refund or file a chargeback will be considered invalid.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
  • For all orders refused by the carrier and/or returned to the sender, original shipping fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund. Please note these orders may incur additional fees and extended processing times as goods must be received and inspected before the refund can be processed.

Continued Use Beyond the Trial Period

Any continued use of the product after the 14-day trial period, including delays caused by failure to submit verification materials on time, constitutes:

  • Acceptance of the product.
  • A waiver of the customer's right to a trial-period refund.

Products used for more than 14 days — regardless of the date the refund request was initiated — are not eligible for return or refund during the probationary period.

Exceptions & Exclusions

  • All kits and configurations must be returned in their entirety along with the original packaging for all devices and components. Products must remain in new condition. Returns missing any original packaging or components will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Any returned items that are damaged or missing parts will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Please note that DRSONO is not liable for any lost or damaged goods returned to us during shipment.
  • Returns must be shipped within 3 days after contacting the customer team and receiving return authorization. If the product is not shipped within the specified timeframe, the refund request will be automatically closed. The return window starts from the date the product is received. Returns shipped after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • All returns must be pre-approved. Any orders shipped without authorization and/or sent to the wrong address are the customer's responsibility.

Accessories

  • Orders cannot be exchanged or replaced.
  • DRSONO is not liable for returns lost or refused due to failure to follow our mandatory instructions.
  • Please note, if customers modify the shipping address, shipping method, or make any changes via the carrier, DRSONO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, and/or failed deliveries resulting from these changes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges to any customer who:
  1. Repeatedly submits refund requests without completing verification
  2. Attempts to extend use period
  3. Returns a product that has been significantly used, damaged, or altered
  4. Engages in behavior inconsistent with fair use of the trial policy.
