To ensure full compliance before any equipment is dispatched, DRSONO implements a mandatory pre-shipment credential audit. Your order will be securely processed through our compliance pipeline:
1. Secure Order PlacementAuthorized buyers may place an order through our encrypted checkout. Please ensure that your billing or shipping details reflect your affiliated clinic, hospital, or professional entity name.
2. Submission of Professional CredentialsUpon receiving your order, it will be placed on a temporary regulatory hold. Before we can release the package for shipment, you must provide valid proof of professional medical or institutional status. Please submit one of the following verifiable documents to our compliance department at

For US Practitioners: A valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, or a copy of your State Medical License / Practitioner Certificate.
For International Practitioners: A valid Medical Practitioner License, Royal College Certificate, or equivalent regional healthcare registration document.
For Clinics, Imaging Centers & Companies: A copy of your active Facility/Clinic Business License, Healthcare Establishment Registration, or an official institutional purchase order (PO).
For Veterinary & Research Facilities: A valid Veterinary License or Institutional Research Authorization document.
3. Auditing, Approval & DispatchOur Internal Compliance & Regulatory Team will audit your submitted credentials within 24 to 48 business hours against active medical registry databases.
Approval: Once your credentials are confirmed, the regulatory hold will be lifted, your order status will update to "Approved for Shipment," and your tracking information will be issued.
Rejection/Non-Compliance: If valid professional proof is not received within seven (7) business days, or if the credentials fail our verification standard, the order will be strictly canceled under anti-diversion protocols. A full, immediate refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
