30-DAY MONEY-BACK RETURN -
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can contact a sales representative within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund of your purchase price.
For all 30-day returns, the product should be sent back intact in the original packaging, which should also be in good condition. If returned goods do not meet these requirements the refund request will not be accepted.
Refunds:

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to exchange a product for another, you may do so according to the options presented on our website. Contact our sales staff for additional information, including full exchange instructions and applicable terms.

Please take a photo of the goods to us in E-mail. We must confirm the status of the goods.
We will give you a response within 12 hours during business days. We will give you a response within 72 hours if weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. Kindly let us know your address, then we will provide you with the returned address.
All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. Ship the product to the address we provide.
We will refund you once we confirm your returned tracking number is valid. Refund method: credit card, debit card, PayPal.
We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Shipping Costs:
For non-quality returns and rejections, you will need to pay shipping costs. For products with quality problems you will not need to pay shipping costs.
Loss of Goods:
If your product is lost during shipping, contact your sales representative to have a new product sent to you.
Damaged Product:
If a product is damaged during shipping, send it back to us, we will pay the shipping and maintenance costs. If you are responsible for the damage, send the item back to us for maintenance. You will have to pay the shipping and maintenance costs.
Warranty period
We guarantee that if you use our ultrasonic probe correctly, our products will be free from defects in materials and quality for one year from the date of purchase for new products. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage due to misuse, modifications, or improper maintenance.
Suppose you believe you have received a defective product. In that case, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective part(s) following the terms of this limited warranty.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from us. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers, who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This product is not intended for any other use and customers cannot avail warranty if they do so.Customers are requested to read and understand all the cautions, warnings, and other operational instructions before use. Any claim made after use will not be entertained.
