Except as stated in this warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable to the Buyer or any third party for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the breach of express or implied warranties or conditions or any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; actual or anticipated profit loss (including lost profits from contracts); loss of funds used; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunities; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; data loss, corruption, leakage, or damage; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, regardless of the cause, including replacement of equipment and property. In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the defective Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The above limitations do not apply to claims for death or personal injury, or to any statut.
